"The hotel is beautifully located. It is right next to a Metro and opposite the central bus stop. There was a well equipped General Store in the basement of the hotel which made it very convenient to shop for grocery items. The hotel is also located right next to an eating joint (Manifesto) that has over 20 restaurants."

"There was no one at the property to check me in. I spent an hour calling the hotel finally someone picked up and gave me instructions to enter. I chose this place because they advertised a Spa... The man on the phone said it is not working. So I went to another hotel in the area that had a spa. Avoid this place as there are many other better accommodations in Prague"

"Nice clean refurbished property, quiet location good for train/bus but away from the centre of town. Suggest the host changes the way they operate their check-in system by not putting the onus on the guest to contact a few days in advance. Host was helpful once we eventually got hold of him, but neither we nor Hotels.com could get his phone number to work. Apartment needs a supply of toiletries and kitchen basics. "

"Property is located in a perfect area. We used the concierge a few times. The biggest negative is the temperature in the rooms. I turned down the heat to 15 Celsius and we were still baking in the heat. Everything else was wonderful but if you cannot sleep because you are roasting, and cannot sleep, not a good thing."
