From when we pulled in and had to call for 10 minutes before the lady came from sleeping I guess in her "neices" room, to her jumping over the counter and then behind the plexiglass, ( she doesnt have a key), to no toilet paper in the room and can't get back a hold of anyone to get any. "The staff was wonderful and the manager is new. However, The beds were very old spring beds with no toppers or anything in extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. If you have any back issues, this is a hard pass. The room is in much need of updating, as there are no USB outlets or many accessible plugs."
