Staff available was very confused and rather unprofessional someone had to physically go to check if rooms were cleaned 3 rd try was the charm. Not sure we would return the property itself was nice."

"When we arrived, Jay was extremely nice and helpful, especially at the hour we checked in. We felt very welcome. This was an unexpected stay but definitely well worth it. The room was very clean. Roomy, and there was absolutely no smell of smoke!! In the entire building. We felt safe. If we need a place to stay on our return, it would be this place!!"

"I normally do not rate places. As we walked in, told them our name, they were prepared and keys were handed over quickly. We got into elevator and the door had graffiti and paint was half peeled off. Got off on our floor and it was very warm in the hallway. Room looked nice as we entered. Bathroom looked clean, but it had hair everywhere. Looked like they may have mopped quickly leaving the hair. Tub had hair in it. At that point it makes you think how clean everything else is.
