We found a good amount of hair in our room upon arrival, we didn't complain, we simply used the broom provided to clean it up. "Quiet time of year. Very relaxing. Great location. I had an amazing massage at the spa. Front desk staff were so very helpful. Our room was spotless! A few of the breakfast staff lack enthusiasm but evenings at the restaurant very good staff and food. One thing to watch out for. We were offered car service to ferries and restaurants and such by the hotel but were not made aware of prices until we checked out. The service was excellent but prices were exorbitant! "

"If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! "
