"Un défaut d'entretien général. On est sur une île, donc les seules activités sont la piscine et la mer, or... où sont les transats ? Il doit y en avoir une douzaine au maximum à la piscine, cherchez l'erreur vu le nombre de tentes et autres en pleine saison... En me promenant sur l'île, j'ai en fait retrouvé les transats !! (voir photos) La direction ne juge manifestement pas utile de remplacer ceux qui sont cassés (à quoi bon puisqu'on a déjà payé ?) et les entasse en 4 à 5 décharges géantes au...

"We stayed from May 28 - June 1, 2026. Starting at reception we were greeted with smiles. The front end staff were very helpful and welcoming. Reception showed us around. I love the signature scent uon walking into the lobby. The elevator is a little bit confusing, we figured it out eventually. We were upgraded to a higher floor and bigger bed. The room was clean, good size, beautiful views of the water. Great amenities, we paid for sea view includes robe, slippers, bulgari toiletries. A/C worked...

"We enjoyed our time at Hotel Lapad. It is well located and just a 30 minute walk to Dubrovnik Old Town and a short walk to the Lapad strip. There are great views of the harbour and the cruise ships arriving."

"Super clean & well located. Lots of choice of restaurants & amenities. Staff very efficient & helpful. A lot of steps around the hotel. Golf buggy to town & lifts available …took a bit of getting used to how to access & find as a VERY big hotel. Also is on flight path as near airport & some building noise by the waterfront from a new build going on. Didn’t bother us but worth mentioning. Steps do mean that the views are incredible & the waterfront restaurant & sundeck are amazing!"

"Much improved… visited 2022 and was disappointed with the club breakfast, poor food and beverage options there and slightly tired space. This has been revamped and is now worthy of a 5* hotel. Breakfast choices excellent this time in the club, improved quality and options! Proper, fresh orange juice not diluted. The rooms are the same and very clean but starting to feel a little tired so could do with a refresh. Staff friendly and pleasant but communication surrounding pool closures is poor....

"This hotel by far was best customer service and atmosphere!!! Dora at the front desk during check in was so kind to help us find my husband’s missing passport that fell out of his pocket in car transfer from airport. We were V level and the service at breakfast was impeccable!!! Everyone was so kind!! They knew it was our 25th anniversary and surprised us with heart petals and champagne!!! Bubbly hour was always so nice!! We really enjoyed lunch after the beach at restaurant and swimming...

"Beautiful property with an underground parking garage. The rooms are gorgeous both inside and the views. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant onsite. The front desk and restaurant staff were great. Shout to our waiter Mate who took exceptional care of us two nights. Enjoyed this hotel!"

"This was a very beautiful hotel in an amazing place. The vibe is luxurious but not pretentious. We encountered helpful staff that efficiently booked us last minute tours and transportation. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was a huge spread of delicious food. The room we had was sparkling clean and spacious. We enjoyed the large balcony. This hotel is outside the main city and old town area so you will have to use rideshare or other transportation methods to get around but it's not...

No uber on island but hotel offered complimentary pickup and drive back to town (non-car catamaran ferry port) for check in and checkout (contact the hotel to arrange times, you cannot walk there). Do the suggested walk to the abandoned village and the local beaches (one for nudists). After touring cities this laidback experience (note I was there end of May) was welcome.
