"My husband and I spent 4 nights for our honeymoon at Knossos. We were surprised with an amazing room upgrade to a sea facing room with a pool, which was so incredible.
The food was great, both at buffet and the a la carte restaurants, and every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they just want you to have a great time.

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but had few occasions with the dinner staff when they were very rude with us. They would not let us sit in the dining area as they had prepared the table for next morning and we didn’t want to sit outside. Even before we started eating or drinking they would come and ask us how would you pay which made us very uncomfortable. At one occasion the staff came to our room at 10:30 and knocked when clearly there was a Do not disturb sign hung on the door"

"Great and peaceful location! The view of the sea was amazing, and had very easy access to get to. The breakfast was plentiful, and the pool was very relaxing. It's a nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and wonderful parking. We enjoyed staying here and it's very easy to get to wherever you need to go with a car. A very pleasant stay"

"I had a wonderful one night stay here. Right on the port, short enjoyable walk to pretty much any place in town although I mostly explored the immediate area and enjoyed a lovely sunset at the light house. I stayed in a standard double room, super clean and comfortable! The balcony, although side street facing, had a gorgeous partial view of the port and the sea.
