"Worst thing is getting to your room a mile away from reception, only to find that the room keys don't work on the last day. This is despite the hotel bill being prepaid. Are they expecting us to walk off with the 10 year old telly? It's a terrible practise, and certainly not unique to this hotel, where the stay was otherwise fine and the bar food pretty good."

"This house is cared for with so much love and compassion. Every detail is just lovely and they keep everything clean. The stainless steel kitchen is wonderful to cook in and accessible to every guest. Rooms and beds are comfortable! The manager is just darling:) She decorates the whole house beautifully with fresh flowers and is there for you, if you have any questions or requests. "
