"Staff very professional and friendly, breakfast very good. Surfaces in the room very clean. Duvet very light and room quite cool even with heating dialled to highest setting. Very unpleasant smell in the room. "

"This hotel was centrally, located in the middle of downtown at a perfect location. The castle we visited was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hot and Cold Hotel The heat of our bedroom was intolerable. Bed covers to much, opened windows eventually at 4.30am which helped. The cold part comes from the bar in the evening before and after the evening meal. We had to go to the room after the meal as my wife started shivering in the bar. The restaurant also had the open doors but when requested to close them, they obliged. Table at door for kitchen not happy with lots of foot traffic annoying but food good"
