"This is a nice hotel - large reception with lots of seating areas, big restaurant/bar area, spa, beautiful grounds, walkable to the quay area for restaurants, and a long but doable walk to town. Mary at the front desk was very nice and gracious when we checked in and through our stay. Some negatives - the property and the rooms are showing some signs of age and wear. Carpets need refreshing. "This was our first time in Westport and was part of a roadtrip through Ireland. Westport was by far our favorite. The hotel had convenient FREE parking on site, rooms had all the amenities you needed and was in walking distance to the main shopping areas.
