"This is a pub and if you want a pub experience that you shall get ! It was very comfortable and the dinner was very good and convenient after a long day . Very noisy downstairs but it was not minded since it was singing and enjoyed listening !"

"The Edwardian experience like no other! Excellent breakfast, cooked for you from the menu. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hospitality tray. Room needed re wall papering and the shower was just warm enough but the water from the basin tap was very hot. Petrol station across the road with shop. Great pub across the road and walking distance to town. "

"This is a great place to stay with a pub close by owned by the same family. The lodges are beautifully designed and well furnished. The main bedroom is very spacious with a generously sized bed; the bed settee was also used during our stay and made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The host was very welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed visiting the pub whilst we were there. It’s an easy drive to either Newry (where we were visiting family) or Carlingford and the Greenway. "Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Food was great. We had booked a family room for me, my partner and 2 kids but found the room a bit small. Rooms were clean but the only issue we had was that our sheets weren't changed, usually this wouldn't have bothered me as we only stayed 2 nights but due to heavy duvets my partner had been sweating the night before and had to get into a damp bed on the second night"
