"Booked room for 3 nights. After 2 we were told we would have to move rooms due to an over booking. We had to check out of our room for 11 and our new room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. So we were without a room during the day. The hotel has recently been taken over and is now geared to families with children and our room was next to an adventure play park which was very noisy from 8am to 9:30 pm. "My mom and I had an EXCEPTIONAL stay at Crowfield house. The level of hospitality from our hosts, Sam & Patricia, was unmatched! Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The grounds are beautifully kept and so peaceful. The breakfast prepared by Chef Sam was far and away the best I have experienced at any B&B ever. The only downside was that we did not book for a longer stay. We will absolutely return on our next trip back - many thanks! "
