"it was warm in the room and there wasn't enough ventilation to cool it down. So even if it was cool outside, it was warm inside and made sleeping difficult"

Staff was nice and kind, room and hotel quite clean; it was hot and rooms are not air conditioned, but the worst was windows are not allowed to open but a small space. Experience was not good at all, we could not sleep well because of hot. In adittion breakfast is fair but limited. For me is. 3.5/5"

"Boutique hotel it was not, no aircon, expensive for what you got. The extractor in my bedroom was incredibly noisy, I measured it at 75dB. My fellow travellers were kept awake by the laundry machines which worked most of the night. Disappointing overall, would not recommend."

"AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night for a switch. I tried calling reception twice on separate times with no answer. Checked out finally. Spent two days sweltering. Worst experience in my 5 days around Ireland so far."

Little did we know that the hotel was largely booked out by a huge wedding party, to even get to reception required us to gatecrash through their “private” BBQ held on the lawn in front of hotel. "If you are looking for peace and quiet - this isn't the hotel for you. Very (very) noisy due to the huge amount of families with small children. However, the outdoor infinity pool is a quiet oasis away from the chaos!"
