"Loved the hotel, it met everything we wanted in terms of cleanliness & amenities. The negative was we had previously requested a room facing the lake and they had not planned for it. Since the property was full we were unable to have any view. Must say we were disappointed as we had booked months in advance."

"We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing."

"Our stay was comfortable and the staff are outstanding. Food was also very good at breakfast and in the bar, we didn’t use the restaurant. We would be very happy to stay here again if we returned to the area."

"The property has good hotel standard bedrooms, but the minimum of hotel facilities. That is not a criticism but it means that if you only want good accommodation you're not paying for things you don't need. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. Staff are pleasant and helpful. "We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Killarney surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pubs. Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10-minute walk away, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself was great, and we had no issues during our visit.
