"Area was clean. They seem to care more about the restaurant attached to the hotel than the actual hotel itself. The hotel is under renovation but did not take away from the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was great except for one cameriera who became very rude because of a language barrier. "

"The Gleesons Townhouse is a wonderful place to stay. We spent two nights here with our daughter, grandchildren and son. The staff was fantastic, friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The bottom floor is a very nice restaurant and bar with great food. We were a bit worried about noise but, all 16 of the guest rooms are on the second floor. "This place is very dirty. We travel a lot and usually stay in vacation style homes rather than hotels. I paid for 3 nights and did not stay any of the nights. I immediately reported the condition by phone because the WiFi did not work and have been refused a refund. This is the first time that I have had to request a refund and was very surprised when it was not granted"

"Our stay at the Grande Central was wonderful! It was close to literally everything - food, shopping and Dublin! Very clean with an at home feeling and the contacts there were wonderful! I highly recommend this place. Very safe and secure. "
