"So when I first arrived, I had this property down as a one star: it was really out of the way from the city center and my wifi wouldn’t work. However, after a while this place really grew on me. First, I resolved the WiFi issue by simply turning off my VPN and was never kicked off the network after that. "Area was clean. They seem to care more about the restaurant attached to the hotel than the actual hotel itself. The hotel is under renovation but did not take away from the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was great except for one cameriera who became very rude because of a language barrier. "

"We missed our connection flight, but called ahead and they were amazing in allowing a LATE check-in. Bed was extremely comfortable and slept like a champ. Bar/restaurant is beautifully decorated. Was so good retuning next weekend before we fly out. "

"This place is very dirty. We travel a lot and usually stay in vacation style homes rather than hotels. I paid for 3 nights and did not stay any of the nights. I immediately reported the condition by phone because the WiFi did not work and have been refused a refund. This is the first time that I have had to request a refund and was very surprised when it was not granted"

"Our stay at the Grande Central was wonderful! It was close to literally everything - food, shopping and Dublin! Very clean with an at home feeling and the contacts there were wonderful! I highly recommend this place. Very safe and secure. "
