"This is a lovely hotel, wonderfully located, with exceptional service. While the historic aspect of the building is well preserved and charming, the decor is a bit dated and old. The bed is comfortable but sheets are slightly on the rough side. I happened to stay when the temperature was exceptionally HOT, so the AC could only do so much. I happened to forget to reserve a parking spot, but there is plenty of parking available publicly. It was a great value find, and I would definitely stay...

"Beautiful old hotel not far from the main square. No restaurant so we walked a bit to find a few good places. Go on a weekend for free street parking. Room was very cool, but on the second floor—watch out if you have heavy bags. Very quiet. I don’t recommend their little buffet breakfast for an additional 15€; it was bad drip coffee and puce of cheese and sliced baguette—totally not worth it."

"Staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly but otherwise this provided a far from five star experience and was so disappointing. The a/c in my room never worked properly despite my drawing attention to it and politely asking to have someone look at it. Cleaners left my window open which didn’t help. There were dead flies in the room. The residents bar closed very early. I’m pretty sure I could touch all four walls of the gym without moving. Save your money and try elsewhere!"
