"Se supone que tenia desayuno incluido en la habitación y llegando me dicen que no es cierto y que lo checara con expidia y nunca me revolvieron, me tuve que ir a desayunar a otro lado, cuando ya habia pagado, ni enseñandole que ahi decia desayuno incluido, no me resolvieron nada."

"Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great....

"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."

"Unit was very clean with comfy beds. Biggest issue could not enjoy the living/dining area due to unbearable heat. AC only in the bedroom. Property in a safe quiet gated community. Unfortunately it was far from restaurants & grocery stores."

"The room was dated, mold all over the bathroom. For the price we cannot complain. The bed was comfy but had no blanket, we where provided a twin blanket for a king bed. It is a private residence with no signs to indicate a hotel. The owner was so kind and met us outside when we were completely lost. "

"Complimentary breakfast each day was delicious. Wait staff very friendly. Staff was super helpful and attentive to all our needs. We were able to walk to the nearby mall. "
