"Breakfast was great and fresh every day. Clean room. Excellent staff and service. I wish I had a room not in front of the pool - noisy, but fun! Also, I recommend that the management have better transport service. Only one person and he didn't even live in the area. There was an unexpected road closure and yet there was no other driver to take me to the airport. He arrived two hours later than scheduled; luckily I was able to make my flight. All was fantastic; just wish I had a quieter room...

"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The ac was cold. There is no hot water, but the water is warm enough. They are probably close to the hot springs so the water is not freezing. The area seemed safe. "

"The location is right in the center of SPS, so it’s very close to the city mall. The pool seemed more decorative than functional. Check-in was a bit difficult because the receptionist didn’t speak English at all. Breakfast was one of the best features of the stay. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures online. "The hotel is in major need of a facelift! Everything was just run down. The staff was nice. Breakfast was not tasty or much to choose from. The a/c did work fine. It was definitely not worth almost $120 a night....maybe $50 and I'd say you get what you pay for. :)"

"The room was dated, mold all over the bathroom. For the price we cannot complain. The bed was comfy but had no blanket, we where provided a twin blanket for a king bed. It is a private residence with no signs to indicate a hotel. The owner was so kind and met us outside when we were completely lost. "
