"We had a wonderful stay at the Watermark Hotel in Belize. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.During our stay, there was a power outage that affected the entire island, but the hotel staff handled the situation professionally and kept guests informed. Once power was restored, everything ran smoothly again. We especially appreciated the complimentary food and drinks they provided during the outage, which showed their commitment to guest comfort and service. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend the Watermark Hotel to anyone visiting Belize. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable!"

"We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay. The food was mediocre—not bad, but not particularly memorable. However, if you’re looking for peace, quiet, seclusion, and beautiful beach views, X’tan Ha delivers. The property offers a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s about a 40-minute bumpy golf cart ride to most restaurants, shops, and activities in town. For some travelers, the remote location will be a major plus; for others, it may be less convenient. Overall, if your priority is tranquility, beachfront scenery, and friendly service, X’tan Ha is worth considering."

"From the moment of arrival to the sad day of departure, every detail at this resort was fantastic. The staff beyond reproach, the culinary delights never ending and grounds beautiful. We enjoyed both the bistro and the Mambo restaurant during our stay which has different menus and selections. Although it was sargassum season, the staff was removing it regularly as best they were able, but it did not stop using onsite equipment to enjoy the ocean and there is always the refreshing pool. I loved that each villa/casita had its own unique fruit or water related name. They even set up a tv to show the FIFA matches and NBA playoff games. The sales team helped me set up a wonderful hosted happy hour in our villa to celebrate a milestone birthday. Shout out to Angelita, Sher, William, Steven, Archie, Gustavo, Alex, Yennifer...I know I am missing others that made my staff memorable! I would highly recommend this location to anyone, couples or singles, wanting a quiet beautiful resort, with an all-around feeling of being pampered."
