Great location off a very quiet street made for a good sleep in a comfortable bed. We had a very nice breakfast and had laundry taken by our lovely host and delivered to the laundry and back again. hotel with very clean rooms bath and beds. Very helpful front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel one hour before my scheduled checkin time. The staff made me wait that hour in order to get room ready which was fair enough although not convenient. This is the first time in my life I visit a "4 star" hotel in which 1. I could not control the Air conditioner temperature down to cool the room on a 37 degrees C hot day. 2. No complementary coffee in the room. 3. The shower...
