"A great experience. A few details would make it exceptional like the parking underground could be easier to access (open and close) - more knowledgeable staff about the city offerings and the ways to get around. The restaurant IS NOT to the level of the hotel. Overall it was a great stay"

"The towel bathrobes and lavender scented lotion and soap were amenities that were highlights that I didn’t expect. The reception service was excellent and they were all kind and helpful, even helping bring our luggage to our room and sharing the history of the hotel and nearby points of interest. The bed wasn’t too firm or too soft. We also enjoyed using the TV to watch Netflix. "
