"Our first visit to St.John and this was the most convenient location. We could walk to most restaurants and shopping. Taxis were easily accessible. Rooms were beautiful! "

"Room was clean on arrival, but was not cleaned or clean towels given during 5 day stay. Nice outdoor sitting area. Nice views from balcony. Nice Continental breakfast included. A little noisy at night from neighboring properties. Excellent restaurant on premises. Our room was the two queen bed room. It was very roomy. I would stay here again"

"If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! "

"No better location if you are taking ferries to other islands. The staff was very professional and efficient. The entire property was very clean and maintained. The only thing lacking on this property is noise control. We tried to take an afternoon nap, when the marching band drum core started rehearsing. I laughed it off as part of the very colorful island culture. Also, I did not want to swim in the pool as the sea birds think it's their pool. Although i could see that someone was trying to...

"LOVED this property and would def go back. Room was a bit dated but in good shape and HUGE and the terrace / views amazing. The highlight!!! Love walking into town. Two thumbs up!! "

"Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!"

"This property has an excellent view and is located in between two popular beaches! The AC was cold. The kitchen was ready for meal preparation. The beds were comfortable. Plenty linens. amiable staff. I will stay there again."
