"I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. The shower is a garden hose. Literally. One night it rained. Hard. I ran out of bowls, and had to...

"Lovely room with great housekeeping service. The view was nice and the staff very helpful. Lack of eating facilities was a shame as the conference room was used for breakfast -although we took breakfast back to our room to eat most days. The restaurant attached (across the road) was acceptable but the quality of food and service was variable."

"Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water."

"We had a wonderful time Gallows Point in Apr 2026. They were waiting for us at the dock at Cruz Bay when we arrived and took us to the resort. Check in was easy and they took our luggage to the room. The condo was very nice and clean and the view of Cruz Bay was gorgeous. We sat on the deck each morning with our coffee. They provided chairs and beach towels and fresh filtered water. If we needed anything they were prompt and helpful. The resort is very nice and well kept. Grounds are...

"The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. "

"Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. "
