"This was my second 2-week stay at The Urban Hotel. I can tell you that, as someone who grew up in the UK and now lives in the US, this hotel makes the best chips I have ever had! The tea is decent. Breakfasts are great. And, even though the dinner menu is somewhat limited, it is all very, very good. A typical dinner costs less than $10 and will fill you up for sure. The room was good enough. "We were placed right next to the dinning area so untill late we could hear people talking. The shower is broken so water would go everywhere in the bathroom and was cold. Milk was off in the morning for coffee. "

"We never stayed in the place. There was a security at the gate who gave us keys and we had to figure out where the accommodation was. We left and checked in at a hotel in town. Can I please get a refund of what I paid?"

"Beaucoup de problèmes d’eau pour se doucher,petit déjeuner pas digne d’un vrai hôtel par fois il manque du café,parfois il manque le lait,on vous propose deux tranches de pain ;c’est la première fois que je suis tombé sur un hôtel moins sérieux!!!"
