"Ok, very dark lighting vibe and not a 5 star experience but well located with lovely pool areas. Check in took a while and no parking for guests (had to park on street a fair walk from hotel or pay €12 a day on site). Huge hotel and our room was miles from all the amenities. Ok but would choose another for the price."

"Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. The rooms were lovely airy and reasonably clean with some cleaners being better than others as regularly found areas they missed but nothing major. " Vi hadde et fint opphold. Maten var veldig lik hver dag, men bra utvalg. Det som trekker oppholdet veldig ned var at vi måtte betale 67 euro for å vaske 12 klesplagg på hotellet. Det lå en liste på rommet som vi skulle krysse av på, men den var ikke lett å forstå og de som vasket rommet snakket bare spansk! Det er helt utrolig at de tar så mye for å vaske klær! Det burde spesifiseres mer da det står at man har mulighet for å vaske klær på hotellet! "
