"Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency"

"Great hotel in the middle of everything 10 minute walk to the catedral del Pilar and El Tubo. Very friendly staff and great fresh breakfast. Will definitely consider staying again next time we visit Zaragoza "
