"Overall it is difficult to sumarize our 3 1/2 day stay at Coral Lodge, as there were many highs and many lows. The location is very beautiful and remote. all of the 7 guest rooms are bungaloes on the pier So....we were surrounded by the sound of the waves, the sea breeze. We were able to sleep with windows open in comfort. On the other hand, the rooms had few amenities and as one would expect at this remote location, the water presure in the toilets and showers was problematic at times. The food...

"Spent 2 nights here recently.My daughter and I were the only guests. The hotel is isolated but interesting although close to a major and noisy road.Staff we met were kind but very low key which was no problem.Room was spartan but clean.As Colon is a pretty rough city this hotel is a good alternative to the city centre hotels where your mobility is limited due to the risk of violence."

"First, when you get to the place you get a huge hill which isnt really easy to get up, they would send someone to help you getting your car up. The place is really nice and quiet. A lot of mosquitoes since its basically a mountain, there is a -jungle- next to the area. Moving around isnt that easy but the staff is willing to help. Had a really long waiting time for the Caribbean Restaurante they work with deliver the food (took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a octopus fillet and a pizza)...
