"We always stay at this property when we’re in Timmins and stay in one of the chalets for usually 3-4 nights at a time. The amenities are nice, but the service is universally lacking. Both the sink in the kitchen and bathroom were leaking and when we called for assistance we were told that no one was available to assist until the next day. "Breakfasts the sausage and hash browns could've been cooked a little long. Over all it was clean. Unstand the pool was not available because of renovations, that was sad. Would stay there again. "

"Check in was fine. However when getting to our room, the door was unlocked and propped open. It was weird. Had my husband not been with me, I wouldn’t have gone in. Hotel itself is dated, paint has seen better days, however the room was clean. Fridge, microwave, tv and AC worked as expected. Parking was easy—lots of space. "

"Room had no working heat other than a plug in small heater that ran all night long when the temp outside was -18 it could not get the room temp over 58F. I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. "My stay was great But the parking lot could use a cleaning I noticed a shampoo/conditioner that are usually found in the shower on the grounds when I arrive and was never picked up. A good sweep and pick up cigarette butts would be nice. Other than that. All was good"

"Staff very cortuous but the place is really dated. The bathroom door wouldn't close, towel bars were off the wall. The bed throw cotton sheet was full of holes. The soda was in disrepair, springs were broken, hence sat really low. "
