"This is still a decent hotel, in a very good location (lake shore, park, practically opposite street to the Mall) yet the rooms nedd refurbish, towels and bad were clen yet shall be replaced with new ones and the breakfast is just average."

"Except the view, is a place maybe for events, breakfast was poor without options, and the room was less than expected to be."

"The hotel was lovely. The property was very dirty and full of weeds and the pathways were in disrepair. The spa was very interesting but did not have hot water in their hot tubs as advertised."
