"A luxury hotel that lived up to expectations in a great part of the city for a couple of tourists. The amenities score of 3 stars if effectively a "not applicable" as we didn't use any. Rooms were large and, importantly, nice and quiet. Check-in was managed really well. Staff in TOTO were great - attentive, courteous and engaging at just the right level. Well done!"

"Its location is OK. Within walking distance to the Perth Mint and other downtown attractions. However not much choices for coffee or quick bite especially early in the morning or weekends when all the nearby offices are closed. Saw some small cockroaches running around in the room and if you open the balcony door for some fresh air, outside can be very noisy. People talking loudly in the street, garbage trucks and helicopter hovering over the hospital nearby in the middle of the night."
