"Huge modern hotel with large rooms for 680 baht. Strong WiFi (each room has its own router) and friendly staff. Wide choice for breakfast. As a vegetarian I was able to have toast, fried eggs and fresh fruit. Everything else had meat or meat products. Location is very central. Bear in mind the walls in the hotel are super thin. There was ‘adult activity’ going on next door day and night, and I could hear everything. Which wasn’t great."

"The staff were helpful, one of us left an item behind and the staff contacted us straight away to advise. The rooms are dated, served the purpose we needed it for as we wanted to sleep before travelling further. Food for someone in England I wouldn’t be able to eat. With some improvements / renovation this resort could be improved drastically. "

"An incredibly unpleasant experience of a family-run place. Apparently husband and wife do not speak together and have a completely different experience of how the place is being rotated. Talked first to her husband and he didn't believe in the price we got hoss hotels.com but that we would still get a free room upgrade and free first drink (which was also advertised). The wife came and took over and denied both upgrading and free drinks but eventually went to the room upgrade. She came in the...

"Run down and doesn’t look fresh like the photos. Bathroom wasn’t really clean and shower was terrible. Bed very hard but not uncommon in Thailand. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. States it has restaurant, bar and poolside bar. Doesn’t have any of these and doesn’t have a pool. Not even sure we got the room we paid for but communication wasn’t the best. We wouldn’t stay here again. "
