Chilaw Hotels with Swimming Pools

"Would not recommend. Ran by children, immature always giggling and joking with each other in their own language which comes off very unprofessional. Whoever owns the place really needs to give them a lesson on how to speak to customers and make them feel welcome! We arrived and they was ASKING ME how many nights I'm staying I said 4 then the next few days kept asking when I'm checking out. The restaurant is OK nothing special we ordered breakfast once and they didn't have what we wanted so didn't go back. Do not stay more than 1 night as they don't clean the rooms either. "

"They provided a great breakfast every morning, and the place itself is wonderful. Krishan is incredibly helpful—whenever you need something, he’s right there to assist. The location offers easy access to many nearby places, which is very convenient. The staff is excellent as well; just let them know what you need, and they respond quickly and positively."

" Was a good package type destination with coaches coming in from the airport. Nothing wrong with that but we had been staying in less busy Sri Lankan hotels prior to coming. No complaints but not really us."

"Customer service is top notch 10 out of 10. I arrived at 2 am in the morning and the clerk had to get out of bed and was waiting on the street. The hotel is a beautiful villa with a pool at an unbelievably low price. You can easily pay more for an over price big Mac meal at an airport."

"What a special place! My room was spotless and the staff were warm, kind, and attentive, and always willing to help with whatever I needed. The setting is fabulous - right on the ocean with a magnificent pool. The sea breeze was delightfully cooling as we ate delicious meals in the restaurant. The small raft was a super fun way to access the hotel when we arrived, and added to the tropical adventure atmosphere. "
