"Llegamos a las 3 pm y no nos dejaron hacer el check in por cambio de turno, nos dieron la habitación 2 horas después de las 2 pm, al ingresar al cuarto, había humedad en el techo del baño, estaba sucio y las sábanas no estaban limpias, empezamos a sentir piquetes en la piel, había ácaros en las alfombras y sábanas y colchones, así que aun pagado, dejamos el hotel inmediatamente y reservamos en otro lugar, el personal de recepción muy indiferente."

"Cuartos estan muy modernos pero , la puerta queda con muchas abiertas y se mete toda la tierra , el telefono no servia para pedir room service. La alberca super fria , deverian de tenerla climatizada ."

"The staff are awesome, very kind and helpful, the restaurant nearby offers good food, it's just that the hotel is very old, and there is noise around the hotel due to construction, traffic, etc. and WiFi in my room was not functioning at all."

"Great location for immigration process , everything was great except if you planning to stay as for vacation and quiet environment this is not the place you can hear everything trough the walls , by 7 am cleaning crew start making noise you wouldn’t be able to sleep at all after 7 am ."

"Clean hotel way too noisy they have a bar and a restaurant that is open to the public and it gets very full. Loud music from the bar until 2am."
