"There are lots of steps to climb, even get to the main office to check in. I had to take my case and bags with me to walk along all stairs ( no elevator), this would be hard for seniors and people with disabilities. Plus, it is hard to find the place, we missed the way, then backed to find the tiny road to turn in…"

"这个民宿在周边民宿中算是鹤立鸡群，楼看起来就比较高级，周边茶园景观也很好。工作人员非常友好热情，晚上可以预定小火锅，超值美味卫生，非常值得。需要改进的问题是被子非常不舒服，king size的床配了个twin size的被子，并且被子和被罩极不服贴，稍微睡一下就被芯和床单分离，各揉成一团，很不舒服。另外没有冷气空调，虽然高山上温度不高，但夏季出去玩回来没法降温，只能靠风扇。希望将来能改进。总体来说还是很不错的。"

"This is a new and modern inn with tasteful decor, offering spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean rooms. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. The husband provided us with detailed information about Alishan National Park, while his wife gave great recommendations for local dining, which saved us a lot of time. When we missed our bus, he kindly drove us to the nearest stop, and later even picked us up from a nearby town after dark, knowing that taxis and Uber aren't available in...

"This was a really great experience! Just a 5 minute walk up and down the hill from the bus stop, this stay has it's own vegetable garden, great views of the tea fields, trail access, and beautiful points to watch the sunrise and set. The staff were very helpful, spoke English, and helped plan a day trip for you, especially helping figure out public transit. The hot pot dinner (extra cost though very reasonable) was delicious and the breakfast (included) was also very yummy. Highly recommend...

"飯店本身很有特色，上去阿里山森林博物館觀看介紹阿里山影片時候，還會看到奮起湖大飯店創始人及晚上螢火蟲導覽員（應該是飯店創始人的女兒）接受訪問，很有歷史的一個地方。員工有一個年輕櫃檯男生，英文很流利及禮貌向外國客人介紹，感覺素質很高。不過奮起湖附近停車，及交通比較不清楚，希望可以做清楚標示。"

"念願の阿里山　このあたりではリーズナブルな価格帯のホテルです。４人で宿泊しました。ダブルベッド３台でしたが予約では２台となっていたので、、良かったです。台湾ではSDGSで、アメニティは廃止になりました。ひげそりや歯ブラシ等は持参です。バスタブがあり、ゆっくりお湯につかれました。１２月下旬の２２００ｍ地点で昼間の気温が８度（１８度だったかも？）暖かいことにびっくりしました。日本だと雪が積もっている高度ですね。阿里山からはレトロな鉄道に乗れます。阿里山鉄道で来たかったが、オンラインで予約ができなかったため、バスで来たため、少しでも鉄道に乗れればと思っていましたが、阿里山まで来れば余裕で乗れます。一番近い沼平という所まで乗ってみました。帰りは歩いて帰れました。鉄道に少しでも乗れたことが本当に嬉しかったです。朝食はホテルから外に出て歩いて７分ほどのレストランです。メニューが豊富で美味しかった。 "
