"La llegada al hotel y el recibimiento fue bueno. Tenían mi reservación sin ningún problema. Me tocaron tres habitaciones en la primera planta en la primera noche dos de las habitaciones no tuvieron agua caliente, no hay teléfono en la habitación a si que tuve que marcar desde mi celular a la recepción, después de varios intentos intentos recurrieron a mi habitacion. "3rd summer in a row visiting Palenque and this is our to go hotel, staff is always nice, friendly and respectful. We did have a small leak due to heavy rain but we are not super picky guests. Just hope they cleaned the pool tiles."
