"CLEAN ROOM:The only problem is that when the person does the cleaning, they don't check that the hair conditioner is empty, and when they clean the room they don't refill it, they don't change the towels, and the trash cans don't have liners.
SPA: The two people who attended to us were very professional, respectful, had a positive attitude, listened to our requests, and gave us massages according to how our bodies felt."

"This is a fine hotel, but you can do much better for your money in San Cristobal. The rooms are carpeted (strange for this part of the world), and this contributes to a general stuffy/musty feeling. I was first given a room with a window that only opened into the inner courtyard, meaning I couldn’t have fresh air and privacy.
