"Bad chemical smell in room and toilet was leaking and young blonde at the desk acted like I was not telling the truth saying maintenance didn’t find anything wrong earlier, YET the soaked towels were still on floor and she gave me a bag to put them in and fresh towels. No comment about the chemical smell. Pulled up the soaked towels and as soon as I did, the water started coming out of toilet again. I told her to come up with me a a I would show her.
