"To start the hotel didn’t have anyone at the desk, check in was done through a kiosk style system. The room was dirty and smelled. The comforter had stains on it and the bed had hair in it when we removed the comforter. The carpet felt sticky when walking on it. We stayed on the property long enough to find a room somewhere else and checked out. They would not issue a refund because they said that we had been checked in for 45 minutes before we came back to the kiosk to ask for a refund. Stay...

"Vagrants would come and steal the breakfast first thing, leaving three muffins for everybody, there was no coffee. It was like they’re playing a joke on me. When I first entered the room, I noticed that two of the bath towels had been used. The first room I went had a leak in the bathroom sink faucet and flooded the bathroom. The floor was filthy. This hotel disturbed my sense about humanity in this place."

"Staff were helpful and very nice. Room condition however was not good by any standard. I can’t recommend this place to anyone in its current state. You will have bugs in the room, strong smells, stains on the walls, and toiletries are an extra charge."
