"Condition of room was pathetic, had mold all over the wall and windows. The linen provided was damp i guess thats due to the mold. Planned to stay for 4 nights but had to leave earlier, the manager asked me to pay for all the nights (although that’s my fault should have seen their terms and conditions earlier) but his attitude didn’t help my cause. Food provided was ok but wasn’t great by any means whether taste or presentation. "

"Overall good experience. Breakfast options were really good and chefs really worked hard to accommodate food requests. Some staff were excellent others were good. Tanvi was very helpful and patient in arranging for airport pickup and giving info about people to call."
