"I was hesitant about staying at first with people saying it would be loud but I am so glad I stayed ! It was quiet. The room was spacious. The bathroom, bedroom and closet were big and spacious and I was there by myself. AC was cold and water was HOT. Room was very clean and so was the whole hotel. I arrived around 10 PM, don’t be sketched out by the area at night, promise it’s safe at night and very much so during the day. They had security all day and night , very helpful and friendly ! Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was literally so helpful and friendly. Walking distance from many restaurants, bars and the downtown. I’m a woman and traveled alone, I felt very safe the entire time. This hotel was the first to ever built in Santa Ana, it’s a landmark."
