"We had our bags taken from us as soon as we arrived. However we had to wait for 2-3 hours for our room to be ready, which meant we couldn’t get changed into something appropriate for the heat/poolside"

"Room cleaned daily to high standard. Staff very helpful. Good choice of food at breakfast. Hotel has started to look a little jaded in places, e.g. toilets in reception and mirror in bathroom. The family room was large enough for 4 with a king size room and a twin room. Did book on the pretence that the room had a walk in shower due to a disability but there was a shower over the bath instead. Our room on the 8th floor faced party central with numerous dance clubs drilling out extremely loud...

"Great location, beautiful building, great views from the rooms, very helpful and super friendly staff, free access to the Lido pool, free transfer to golden beach with the hotel providing towels, water and fruits all for free, lovely rooftop bar and restaurant."
