"Every time I come here the staff always make me feel at home. Customer service was outstanding- responsive and attentive to any of my requests. The room is very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed all the amenities this hotel offered. The free breakfast buffet is the cherry on the top of my experience here. Food selection is great! "This hotel feels like our second home. It’s our go to hotel every time. It’s not as luxurious as the other ones in Clark but what the hotel offers surpasses that. The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff!
