"I had a room with a balcony and I thought the rooms were nice. I was visiting from USA and enjoyed my stay here. I had a WiFi problem and they switched my room instantly. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Also room service was good as well. The men up front were very helpful with my luggage I had with me. And were helpful with all you needed to know about the room with the short room tour they give. "

"Great hotel in Central Lusaka, half an hour from the airport (600 kwachi cab ride). Feels upscale. Good food in the restaurants and breakfast buffet. Clean room, nice and quiet, good neighborhood, surprisingly affordable. I stayed two nonconsecutive nights and had an equally excellent experience both times. "

"Our stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar Premier was wonderful! The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with all of the necessary amenities including a washer/dryer. The food was delicious with a variety of vegan options. I highly recommend this hotel! "

And, what really was extraordinary is the restaurant and the lounge / outdoor pool space, both wether you sit there and work or just chill. "I was very happy about the friendliness of the staff, especially the front manager Silvia who went above and beyond to accommodate me with my very late arrival. She wanted to help me with my lost luggage as well but luckily I didn’t have to bother her. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great stay and welcome to Zambia. Highly recommend "
