"We really enjoyed the property, the views are amazing. Our room was a little stuffy as some of the screen windows were glued so we were not able to open them. We found a good amount of hair in our room upon arrival, we didn't complain, we simply used the broom provided to clean it up. "If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! "

"You are paying for the view and location to the town. Very convenient and beautiful views. No bells and whistles. The restaurant on property was “fine”. The market was “fine”. Customer service was either fantastic or poor. No in between. It all depended on who you were talking to. Because we were walking downtown each day going out in boat, it was perfect. "The property was nice. The location 50/50. Near the beach, short 1 minute walk or less. On site parking was convenient . Not many food options in the immediate area however, it’s a short drive to other dining options. The room was clean and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. "

"Our first visit to St.John and this was the most convenient location. We could walk to most restaurants and shopping. Taxis were easily accessible. Rooms were beautiful! "
