") I stayed at Kandaya Resort and while the resort has a beautiful ocean view and the staff were genuinely friendly, the overall experience was disappointing due to a number of operational issues that should have been addressed before guests arrive. When I first checked into my room there were several problems including the door lock not working properly, the TV and cable not functioning, the Smart TV needing to be reconnected, a toilet with very weak pressure that clogged, and light switches...

"Hospitality of the staff and the owners was amazing i only turned on staying their two days after seeing how peaceful and beautiful the property was i stayed in extra 5 days and i will definitely go back they are expanding to private bungalows and the first one is almost complete to share some time with them again wonderful people wonderful place did i mention they have a very nice salt water pool big bonus"
