"We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways"

"Inicialmente o quarto estava com o ar condicionado danificado. O atendente foi solicito e nos mudou para um quarto em que estava funcionando. O ponto negativo do outro quarto foi que o banheiro não tinha circulação de ar adequada e estava com infiltração. Outro detalhes foram hóspedes barulhentos (o que não é culpa do hotel). No geral, foi um bom custo benefício."

"Achei o hotel péssimo, o quarto parece que cheirava mal, os corredores parece que n eram limpos e sem falar que você subia e descia e não chegava no quarto. Até que a atendente que fez o check- in era simpática, mas o o atendente que fez o check-out , nem um pouco simpático , pouco grosseiroo. Acho que quando se trabalha com público , a pessoa tem
ser mais simpático, comunicativo e mostrar para o cliente a receptividade do hotel.
E Outro ponto , que foi péssimo, que tive q esperar o cara subir...
