"Our stay was great, the place is very tranquil and well maintained, although some of the advertised amenities are not available. The hiking trails and the complimentary kayaks are not there so this information should be removed from the property description as misleading."

"Outstanding resort and grounds. Entire staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the service and fresh food at the Grove restaurant. Hiking, biking and kayaking activities made our stay a wonderful experience. At night they had candles lights around the grounds. Very beautiful property! "

"We liked the pool and pool bar on hot afternoons. We stayed in the cabins; the trees have bright lights at night. We did have a small room lizard, scorpion, and ants on different nights, but the staff quickly noted and fixed a running toilet issue."

"This hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall experience felt luxurious and effortless. The staff made everything even better with their attention to detail and great service. Definitely a place I would come back to and highly recommend!"

"The property is beautiful, with well appointed rooms. The wait staff were very friendly but not attentive, probably given the 15% service charge added to all bills so they don’t need to work for their tips like they would have to in other places. Prices for food is expensive - this is likely due to location & the fact this is a nice hotel. It also doesn’t help that they price everything in USD which is at odds with most other places in Belize. If you don’t have your own vehicle, it is difficult...
