The wash basin was leaking at the base, thus a wet bathroom floor everytime it was used. Appreciate the free toiletries but one toothbrush and the shampoo have been previously used when we checked in."

"the rooms in this hotel are nothing but a bed, two sheets, and two pillows. No blanket, no chair. The temperature is much cooler here than other parts of the country, yet they turned on the air conditioning. I turned it off but was cold all night under the one thin sheet on the bed. The shower had hot water but the hanger on the wall for the shower head was such that you could not stand under the shower, you had to take it off and hold it in your hand. The ladies at the front desk were nice...
