"The hotel was beautifully located at the centre of Segovia. You get out of the hotel and all attractions are walking distance. I loved people watching from my balcony during our stay. Staff were friendly and spoke english. (Thank goodness for that!) The room was a good size and the decor was so gorgeously victorian. Breakfast was alright, just the typical continental breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and Segovia."

"PRO: The location is just next to the cathedral. CONS: The lady at front desk (Carmen) was very dismissive and not courteous at all. NO PARKING unless you reserve it in advanced, and it seems that they only have a few spaces nearby. Impossible to reserve in advance if they never pick up the phone. We chose this hotel for the parking convenience paying more for the room than other hotels in the area without parking. We were surprised that at check in they were offering rooms on the website...

"What a beautiful renovation and serene environment. These are basic rooms and not luxurious. No A/C, but the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. The property has a lovely central square that the hotel rooms surround, that is peaceful and charming. Gorgeous biblical art and grand arches can be seen throughout the common spaces, and act as a reminder that this building was originally a convent from the mid 1600s. "Beautiful hotel set in an amazing location. Stayed with my dog who adored the squeaky toy she was given. Staff extremely helpful and even allowed us to eat breakfast outside as we didn't want to leave our dog in the room. Would definitely stay again"
