"We never had wifi in our room even after complaining several times. Had to call for the TV to work. We've had to go to reception just to get our cell phones to get wifi. Breakfast was okay, but tajines were covered with a very heavy lid that made it hard to get anything because there wasn't enough space to put the lid down. "

"Rooms were very small, hardly any space left to move around. The number of towels in the bathroom were inadequate, we had to ask for more. Bathroom supplies were inadequate and poor quality. We requested an early check in by sending them email twice. Didn’t get any response back and also we had to wait in the lobby for more than 4 hours."

"Employees were very kind, professional and helpfull. The SPA was well maintained. Restaurant at the 28th floor wonderfull. However, it was very noisy, from outside: each night a lot of noise done by motorbike between 3 and 5 am, the poor quality (airtightness of the window) was not able to reduce the noise (even at the 16th floor where we were). Defintiely, the owner should invest in reduction noise window."

"Beautiful hotel, best bed EVER, like sleeping on a cloud! Cannot give a perfect score because of the shower experience: scalding hot or freezing cold, was unable to find a comfortable middle, also the shower floor is slick and slippery. It would have been nice to have body lotion, none provided. Food at Maison M restaurant was pretty good, awesome and generous breakfast, but uneven service. Overall very good experience, glad we stayed."
