"This is my ONLY go to places to stay in Butuan. Why? Its connected to the mall. I travel in by bus and the terminal is next to the Robinson's mall in which the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors. Check in lobby is in the first floor. With kids, this is the most convenient way to travel. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and professional. "We decided to take the A la Carte dinner at the hotel. To our disappointment, many items in the menu were not available. We arrived at the hotel past 6pm and since we're staying for only 1 night, and checking out early, we've decided to have dinner at the hotel.
We did enjoy few minutes at the pool."

"3/5 Stars — Great location and essentials, but needs maintenance
Pros:
Excellent Location: The position of the resort on the beach is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay
Working Conveniences: The air conditioning worked well, and having consistent hot water was a major plus.
Cons:
Poor Shower & Bathroom Issues:
The shower itself was very disappointing. Most of the nozzles on the shower head were blocked or broken, leaving only a few nozzles actually working, which made for a...
