"Very nice hotel, small, clean, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived but we were given the option for a fee if the room was ready we could checked in. We took it since we arrived very early, we were tired. We would definitely come back to this hotel again."

"This hotel was AMAZING. I was a solo traveler and felt safe. Everything I did for the 6 days I was there was walkable. SHOUT OUT to my favorite desk ladies Katalina and Felicia (👋) they answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. They also kept an eye on me to make sure I arrived back safely after every adventure "

"Was a great hotel. Pretty close to everything. Staff has helpful maps for street parking if you have a car. Breakfast was very good, and probably saves you a lot of $$ eating at the hotel. Elevator was broken on our way out, but we were able to carry our bags down the stairs."

"It was clean, everyone was super nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing and it was a 10 minute walk tops to all the downtown shops and restaurants. ONLY downfall is the parking situation. There is one very small lot for the actual hotel, other than that it’s street or public lots that you may have to pay for. Otherwise, fantastic place, would stay here again. Bonus for me, a towel warmer "

"Nice hotel fronting hugh lake, snow mountain. 24/7 reception. The front desk reception is helpful and friendly. Bus station is just behind the hotel. One of hotel stop pickup for daily bus tour which is so convenient. Very highspeed wifi. Occasionally heard some light reno construction noise. At night, is quiet and windy. Just feel safe. "

"This hotel was literally perfect in terms of location. Right across from Harpa bus stop #5. Walking distance to all of downtown and has a beautiful sea view. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sky bar or the spa. 10/10 will stay again in the future. "
