"Overall a very nice hotel. Clean, accessible, large rooms and bathrooms and helpful/friendly staff. However, the ground floor bar/restaurant was not good as we ordered a meal and drinks and only my wife's meal arrived and then after several queries a meal arived 75 minutes later but was not what I ordered - basically no English speaking staff."

"Great breakfast. Restaurant was very good. The front desk people not very helpful. There was hitting and hammering every evening. There was maintenance work according to them. For me it was out of time, working at 7 pm"

"Estancia San Ignacio is a great place for those looking to get away and feel the Andes. The staff were super attentive and the food delicious. We travelled with a 9 year old and she loved the animals and the place. It is a bit rustic in terms of accommodation- could have better bedding and more heating (we were there in winter). But a great place overall."
